In an atmosphere of enthusiasm, the training camp for learning website programming (HTML5 + CSS3) started yesterday, Sunday 18/09/2020 in Garyan city, where trainees will receive 60 hours of training that enables them to understand how to design and program websites professionally, it is stated that A co-op project being carried out by the British Council at Libya in partnership with the Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development, International Development and Good Governance are funded by the European Union.
